DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. hands down one of the worst experiences ever. i paid these guys over 2k to replace all oil pan seals for my truck, new shocks and an alignment. unfortunately i did not find out the oil pan seals were never replaced properly until i had to get down there recently. there is oil everywhere and they even tried to seal it with silicone?!? what is even the deal with the techs? i’ve called them multiple times expressing my concerns but they have given me the run around. extremely unprofessional. they paint a nice picture but perform extremely poorly. mind you they also did not do the alignment. i recently got a new alignment done and they showed me how bad the truck was. i went to you guys to avoid all these problems and that is all you gave me. extremely disappointed in this company and i encourage you to avoid bringing your vehicle here.

I had called to get details of a service for a replacement on 2 of my tires, then Servando helped me out and I was able to get my 4 tires, break pads, and more! He really knows his stuff! The guys were also really nice, they checked my cars suspension and loaded one of my tires in my car. I also didn’t stay too long waiting. Def recommend and am coming back soon! 🤩

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff… they explained what tires were better for our needs. Service was quick and at the same time they made aware some issues we need to attend on our own ( power steering fluid and battery post oxidation). Will definitely continue to purchase tires from them!!

I had such a great experience at Pueblo Tires & Service on W. Business 83! I drive a Tesla, and I had an unusual issue where an animal got stuck underneath a plastic panel under my car. I was honestly stressed and didn’t know what to do, but Servando Torres and his team were incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to safely remove it for me and handled everything with care and professionalism. It wasn’t even a typical service they deal with, but they still went above and beyond to help me out. I truly appreciate their kindness, patience, and willingness to help in a tough situation. Highly recommend this place for their excellent customer service!

I came in to change the tires on my truck and waited 15–20 minutes at the front desk. The place was open and there were employees working in the shop and changing tires, but no one was attending the reception area. I even called the business while standing there and no one answered the phone. No one came out or acknowledged me at all. After waiting that long, I obviously had to leave. If customers are expected to wait, someone should at least be assigned to the front desk. Basic customer service was clearly lacking.
